Upon removing the old vinyl siding, we uncovered a layer of rotted wood that needed to be removed and replaced. One of the homeowner’s primary goals for the exterior remodel was to install more durable and low-maintenance materials. With the home being half brick, he chose James Hardie 6″ exposure Cedarmill finish lap siding in Monterey Taupe, a beautiful neutral color, to replace the previous beige siding.
Additionally, we installed crisp James Hardie Smooth Finish Trim in the color Arctic White with white soffit and fascia as well to perfectly complement the new modern look of the home.
Next, we addressed the declining windows by installing award-winning Simonton windows, known for their energy efficiency and weather resistance. Finally, we topped off the project with a best-in-class asphalt roof from Malarkey.
