A Detailed Design Process to Restore and Revive Their Historic Home
The consultation process began in August 2024 and continued through the following June, giving the homeowners time to finalize their vision and make confident decisions. Our experienced advisor worked closely with them on design, product selection, and scope, with one goal in mind: to breathe new life into this century-old residence while maintaining its architectural integrity.
Together, we selected James Hardie Cedarmill lap siding and Shake Shingle siding in Arctic White to restore a timeless look. For better energy efficiency and light, we replaced every window with Marvin Elevate window units in Stone White, enlarging several openings to brighten the home. Crown mouldings and historic sills were crafted using Azek PVC trim, delivering elevated curb appeal. New ProVia fiberglass doors and seamless dark bronze gutters completed the refreshed aesthetic, all while solving critical performance issues.
